The 59th Place Residence
This Paradise Valley estate was a full custom cabinetry project from front to back, completed in June of 2023. Every space was designed, built, and installed by our own team in our Phoenix shop, fitted to the exact dimensions of the home and finished to a standard you cannot buy off a showroom floor.
Project Overview
The home moves through a warm, collected material palette, pairing natural white oak with painted cream and a deep olive green, all anchored by marble and quiet metal detailing. Each space carries its own character, from a beamed kitchen to a mudroom built for daily life, while still reading as one calm, cohesive home.

What We Built
Kitchen: Painted cream inset cabinetry with a sculpted stone range hood, a natural oak table island topped in marble, open oak shelving, and a marble framed window wall above the farmhouse sink.
Butler's Pantry: Floor to ceiling natural white oak cabinetry with marble counters and a brass faucet, built to handle prep and storage while keeping the main kitchen clean.
Coffee Bar: A deep olive green inset bar with a marble slab back, brass knobs and pulls, and a built in coffee system, tucked into its own quiet niche.
Master Bath: A natural white oak vanity wall with a sit down makeup counter, framed mirrors, and tall custom storage, fitted to the room and topped in marble.
Laundry Room: A fully custom natural oak laundry with stone counters, hanging storage, and patterned tile, built to match the craftsmanship found throughout the home.
Mudroom: Custom oak lockers, open cubbies, bench seating, and a center island, designed for how a busy household actually comes and goes.
