The Bronco Place Residence
This Valley home was a full custom cabinetry project from front to back, completed in 2024. Every space was designed, built, and installed by our own team in our Phoenix shop, fitted to the exact dimensions of the home and finished to a standard you cannot buy off a showroom floor.
Project Overview
The home plays warm against crisp, pairing white and greige inset cabinetry with warm natural oak, walnut tops, and a deep charcoal mudroom, all anchored by stone and quiet metal detailing. Each space carries its own character while still reading as one collected, cohesive home.
What We Built
Kitchen: Crisp white inset cabinetry framing a walnut range hood, a main island topped in warm walnut, a second natural oak table island for prep and seating, and a glass front oak hutch with a patterned interior, all finished with quiet hardware.
Butler's Pantry: A white inset prep space with beadboard, paneled refrigeration, and stone counters, built to keep the main kitchen clean and uncluttered.
Mudroom: A deep charcoal locker wall with vertical paneling, open cubbies, bench seating, and upper storage over a checkered floor, designed for how a busy household comes and goes.
Laundry Room: A fully custom greige laundry with a farmhouse sink, beadboard backsplash, and a hanging bar, built to match the craftsmanship found throughout.
Primary Bath: A natural white oak vanity topped in marble paired with a tall glass front linen tower, fitted to the room and finished with polished fixtures.
